ITALIAN SAUSAGE ZUCCHINI SOUP

ITALIAN ZUCCHINI SOUP

1 1/2 POUNDS ITALIAN SAUSAGE
2 CUPS CELERY, SLICED 1/2 INCH DIAGONAL
2 POUNDS ZUCCHINI, SLICED 1/2 INCH
1 CUP ONION, CHOPPED
2 CUPS (28 OUNCE) TOMATOES
2 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON OREGANO
1 TEASPOON ITALIAN Seasoning
1 TEASPOON BASIL
1 TEASPOON SUGAR
1/4 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER

BROWN SAUSAGE (BUY BULK OR REMOVE CASING) AND BREAK INTO BITE SIZE PIECES. DRAIN OFF FAT. ADD CELERY AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS EXCEPT ZUCCHINI IS CRISP TENDER, NOT MUSHY.
